After a decade-long career in non-profit marketing and communications, an executive role in a small advertising agency, and a twenty-year habit of helping whomever needs the knowledge and skills I have through freelance design & consulting work, I have landed in the world of client strategy and success for a global web development agency.Through my work at 10up, I have partnered with more than 40 organizations in industries such as healthcare, publishing, entertainment, and finance. These engagements have led to Webby Awards, successful business model shifts, redesigns, and expanded revenue opportunities all through the lens of our company's success is directly dependent on the success of our partners. My experience has led me to the role of associate director of operations as I leverage what I've learned to help optimize the workflows, processes, and tools utilized by our growing account strategy team.In 2022, I completed the innovation & entrepreneurship professional certificate through Stanford University's graduate school of business in conjunction with the d.School, and have expanded my understanding of innovative processes and design thinking as it applies to driving successful internal and external interactions for our company and our partners.I have worked remotely full time for the past 10 years, and when not at my laptop working I can be found with my family either at home or on the road enjoying our RV life! I also have a habit of getting my Jeep stuck, tend to collect time pieces I come across, and would rather build a new piece of furniture than buy one. I enjoy being creative and applying that creativity to solving problems unique to the situation I find myself in.
