As a Designer in headwear, I work closely with a hand full of key OEM accounts in the Action Sports, Streetwear, fashion, and the Music and Entertainment Industry. Occasionally, I get the opportunity to work on special projects that require a one on one design session with these accounts. Within this position, I am required to have the skillset to create production specs, technical mockups, graphics, and the knowledge of new embellishments, fabrics, and treatments to push trends and meet market demands.
