I am a Network Engineer with over 10+ years of experience in working with wide range of engineering of Network Systems and Server Operating Systems. I have studied Information Technologies and Network Systems. Alongside my studies, I have completed and passed the Network Systems Course and I have obtained Network Administration Certificate of Mastery and I have attended and obtained Communication Systems Certificate in 2023.I have planned and led large scale projects such as building network and IT infrastructure systems across the country for Data Center projects and Internet Service Providers. Projects included carrying out field operations and building network infrastructures. During these projects I have provided a 24hour support 365 days a year as outlined in the service level agreement to all dedicated network stations and infrastructure.In my previous role, as the Technical Support Team Leader, I was leading a team of eight engineers to provide high quality technical support to all corporate clients using diagnostic tools and experience based fault spotting abilities to find and solve technical problems in IT environment via phone line, remote support or on site. My duties also include developing work plans and assigning work to team members depending on their experience and skills for best efficiency and service user outcomes. This also included sharing my knowledge and training team members and helping them to develop their skills.I worked on internal and external support sources such as original equipment manufacturer support lines (i.e. IBM, HP, Cisco, Ericsson and Huawei etc.). I always enjoy making connections with variety of stakeholders and developing positive working relationships from service users to design engineers to get effective solutions for rapid incident remediation within company's service level agreement.There is continuous and changing demand of technologies and their use, therefore, I follow the latest IT updates and upskill myself. I always strive to expand my knowledge with new skills and share this with colleagues I work with to improve efficiency. I am always willing to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and shifting priorities of the stakeholders and the service. Throughout my IT career I have always fully committed to see projects from start through to the end, share and celebrate achievements and work on improving myself so I would have always more to offer.Levent Taskin
