I’m currently a proud employee of Dell Technologies, my special focus is client solutions tailored to the needs of our commercial customers doing business in Estonia, Hungary, Latvia and Lithuania. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I have covered many roles in different segments of the industry. I worked for startup, non-profit organization, large domestic and also large multinational companies. I was also the leader of public procurement workgroup at the Association of IT, Telco and Electronics Companies in Hungary (IVSZ) for many years. I have taken many certifications at many segments of IT, including multiple MCSE certifications in private cloud, server infrastructure, and service management and I am well-trained in customer relationship management (CRM) and cloud computing as well. I work with large enterprise and public sector customers to provide them with innovative and customized IT solutions that meet their needs and budget. I also contributed to the development and improvement of the public procurement procedures in Hungary on behalf of IVSZ and other stakeholders. I am passionate about delivering value and excellence to my customers and partners, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I speak English, Portuguese, German and Italian, and I have a keen interest in oriental languages and literature.
