 Completely overhauled the businesses financial handlings to bring transparency and eliminate fraud.

Costa Rica & Nicaragua

Commissioned to design, develop and deliver full function casino to startup organization.
Unique combination of expertise in administration, project management and customer compulsion enabled rapid and efficient development of new locations in Central America. Coordinated projects in conjunction with President and CEO and successfully negotiated with hotel managements for enhanced product development. Dedication to creating a positive work environment, improving staff and conditions led to increased customer service and loyalty. Introduced new markets and developed existing markets to broaden appeal. Single handedly trained all staffing position (often in Spanish). Employed listening and forthright communication skills to efficiently manage a staff of over 70.

Acted as chief liaison between shore-side and onboard management. Rotated around entire fleet addressing unresolved problems in each location.
