System Administrator Ii
CurrentAs part of a small IT team we have to support users and equipment across multiple locations and regions. Being such a small team we have many reponsibilities and these sometimes go outside of the norm of the average Systems Administrator role. As one of the more experienced and senior of the the team I look after and lead the less experienced and newer IT members. I have also been a major player in some of the IT projects allowing me to gain a robust understanding and high amount of experience in dealing with amanaging projects.Below is a small list of some of the responsibilties i have carried:>SharePoint Setup and Management> Azure Configuration, Management & Troubleshooting>VM Configuration, Setup and Configuration>PowerShell Scripting to Automate Tasks>AWS Enviroment Configuration>Install and configure software and hardware>Manage network servers and technology tools>Set up accounts and workstations>Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements>Troubleshoot issues and outages>Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls>Upgrade systems with new releases and models>Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies>Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
