Synchronize global bulk fuel end-to-end distribution through timely and accurate visibility and risk-informed decision-making to support Joint Petroleum Enterprise mission requirements. Monitor and create Commander Incident Reports (CCIRs) as needed and advise the USTRANSCOM Senior Leaders. Provide support and synchronization with DLA-E, CCMD Joint Petroleum Officers, and USTRANSCOM Fuel Integration and Synchronization Officers (FISOs). Monitor and evaluate worldwide operational updates to examine potential issues affecting Global Bulk Fuel and USTRANSCOM's ability to execute as the Single Manager. Synchronize global bulk fuel execution with DLA Energy, JS J4 and combatant command. Coordinate GBFMD issues with and maintain an active interface with USTRANSCOM Global Operations Center (GOC). Provide operational updates as needed/requested to USTRANSCOM and Joint Petroleum Enterprise leadership. Provide GBFMD equities to USTRANSCOM, JS, and OSD governance boards as needed. Provide deliverables, per contract Performance Work Statement requirements, to include, but not limited to weekly and month status reports, meeting minutes, trip reports, letters, memoranda, briefings, speeches, presentations and reports. Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by Division Chief, Branch Chief and Program Manager. Support 24/7 operations and shift work as required.

Served as the Transportation Officer within the Logistics Directorate of Joint Special Operations Task Force – Somalia in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM – HORN OF AFRICA. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to include: parents, drivers, law enforcement, educational staff, etc. Monitor drivers and support personnel to ensure safety violations are reduced, attendance is satisfactory, and timeliness is enforced. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale, safety, good order, and discipline of over 85 assigned and attached personnel in Kuwait, Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. Maintained property accountability of communications systems and equipment, weapons, and facilities valued at more than $27 million.
