Fraud Prevention Analyst
Current- Online support and order investigations to determine legitimacy of purchases
- Responsible for supporting the need of clients through quality customer service, including, but not limited to: issues with ticket purchasing, transfers, exchanges, refunds
- Provide updated information to venues and receive funds from ticket sales
- Complete order screening to identify validity of transactions
- Identify fraud patterns and communicate across team and to management
- Communicate when needed with callers to aid in order difficulties, returning stolen funds, and explaining order errors
