Fraud Prevention Analyst
CurrentOnline support and order investigations to determine legitimacy of purchases• Responsible for supporting the need of clients through quality customer service, including, but not limited to: issues with ticket purchasing, transfers, exchanges, refunds• Provide updated information to venues and receive funds from ticket sales• Complete order screening to identify validity of transactions• Identify fraud patterns and communicate across team and to management• Communicate when needed with callers to aid in order difficulties, returning stolen funds, and explaining order errors
