I joined the navy out of high school and became an electronic technician. After going to school for 2 years in Great Lakes I deployed to Bahrain and worked on satellite communications and line of sight communication equipment. I also trouble shot various communications equipment including encryption electrical transmissions. After that I deployed to Everett Washington and worked aboard the USS FORD. I maintained radio equipment and radar equipment. My final duty station was Sigonella Italy. I was assigned to submarine low frequency radio transmissions. This worked included a suit of electrical equipment designed for encryption and transmissions. I currently work at Leviton Network Solutions. I’m in charge of troubleshooting various network configurations to ensure performance guarantees before network deployment. I also verify performance of new copper innovations.
