Current• Managed teams of 8 to 20 Collections Representatives in an effort to assist customers with payment plans that resolve their past due balance and avoid repossession of the vehicle• Trained and coached Collections Representatives each day in order to improve skill and efficiency with daily operations - Analyzed multiple reports using PowerBI and Microsoft Office tools to identify deficiencies and improve team performance - Consistently outperformed monthly company averages in various key performance indicators - Advanced 30 agents from Late-Stage to more critical collections roles in 2023• Traveled to one of the company’s outsourcing sites in Grenada to launch a new Late-Stage Collections department there - Trained representatives and supervisors on GLS Late-Stage policies, procedures, and best practices over a weeklong period• Conducted interviews with 80 candidates for the Collections Representative position, leading to 16 hires
