The work that I love the most is helping people. When I was a barista this meant giving others great customer service and drinks. Tasks have evolved from there depending on the job title, but the underlying theme has been to connect with people and make their day better.What I am looking for in a career & team:1) A team that will embrace my creativity and drive to create. I can look back on the last three companies I worked for and see how my influence made them a better business. Both in profit and in product. 2) An atmosphere of trust.
