With a degree in marketing, and a background in military and logistics sales, I am following my passion within the freight industry. Working with a growing agent based freight brokerage, it is my goal to match freight brokers with a dynamics company poised to help them grow and excel to their full potential.Out of college I was the director of marketing for a small internet marketing solutions company in Las Vegas. When we were expanding and opening in office in Nashville, I was tasked with spearheading the success of that division. Unfortunately, this happened just as the pandemic hit. The new office shuttered, and then eventually the company itself. This was great news (just kidding) because I had just bought my first house! Saddled with a mortgage and no job, I fell into recruiting truck drivers at Western Express in Nashville. I quickly became a top 5 recruiter, and after a year moved on to Logistic Dynamics where I have been ever since. Through the last 3 years I have learned the ins and outs of the carrier and freight brokerage industry, including creating my own software designed to connect carriers nationwide with truck drivers. As the senior business development manager at LDI, I am excited to help the company grow, match quality agents with our company, and see them succeed for themselves and for their families.
