• Full circle legal representation;• Negotiate, draft and evaluate agreements (master service agreements (MSA), terms of use agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), software development agreements, research grant agreements, etc.).

Academic Courses: • Intellectual Property Law of the Republic of Armenia; • Competition Law of the Republic of Armenia.

• Manage and evaluate division’s staff;• Proposing recommendations for improving the national legal system, including drafting legal acts, drafting and sending complains to the Constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia;• Prepared systemic reports focused on selected areas affecting quality of business environment in Armenia, including continuous monitoring of implementation of recommendations;• Representing staff during international meeting related to business and human rights issues;• Supervising the process of civil justice issues complaints examining; • Coordinating relations with governmental organizations and foreign states with regard to the above listed responsibilities.

• Conducts legal research and analyzes on necessary legal topics; • Preparing conclusions on draft judicial acts of the Court on civil law issues; • Proposing recommendations for improving the national legal system and applying the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights.
