As Director of Operations, he handles all administrative functions for the firm including payroll, A/R, A/P, and financials. In his role as an IT Systems and Management Consultant, he has been assigned to various client engagements in many different roles including Business Process Reengineering (BPR), software development support, and database administration. As the FSO, Mr. Wildy oversees all activities related to National Industrial Security Program, including security checks (utilizing JPAS), VAL creations, and IN/OUT processing of cleared personnel. .

In this role Mr. Wildy leads the Information Technology team supporting the company’s cloud-based Event Management platform. The platform is currently hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) but was previously hosted in-house. Mr. Wildy was part of the team that transferred the platform to the cloud working with the various AWS services to ensure continuous service. Mr. Wildy lead the effort to complete major initiatives over the past two years including: • Conversion of the platform interfaces to responsive design• Transferring the database management system to Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS)• Development and implementation of capability to house and stream client media• Conversion of the email service from MailChimp to SendGrid• Implementation of mobile messaging

Mr. Wildy joined OmniLearn, an e-Learning company in 2004 in an effort to assist a small firm in stabilizing their development platform and enabling their growth. As an executive-level member of the firm, he was responsible for all technical and administrative functions of the organization. A new development infrastructure was developed and implemented by Mr. Wildy in order to create a safe and structured environment that included a test base for development and a client-accessible user acceptance testing capability. As a truly hands-on manager, Mr. Wildy gained a working knowledge of Cold Fusion, MS SQL, PHP and Javascript to support development efforts for clients.

Mr. Wildy was the founder and President of TMSI. From the firm’s inception, he was responsible for the day-to-day operational management as well as the long-term planning and budgeting of the company. He performed marketing, program and project management duties for TMSI, and provided technical support as required, for TMSI internal projects and client contracts. The company was founded in 1988 to provide Information Technology consulting support to clients in the commercial sector. After some moderate success for several years, TMSI was transformed into a temporary staffing agency providing IT support. Subsequently, the firms services expanded into human resources, and accounting professionals.During his tenure at the helm of TMSI, the company grew to revenues of $30 million. Mr. Wildy obtained a top-secret clearance to allow TMSI to provide cleared individuals to its clients.
