CurrentWith more than 35 years of experience in business and other civil litigation, Jeff Lewin has tried dozens and litigated thousands of lawsuits including antitrust, RICO, Lanham Act, fraud, breach of trust, shareholder, intellectual property, products liability, breach of contract, employment, negligence, product defamation and punitive damages cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. Lewin represents a variety of national and international corporations and sophisticated individuals.Lewin has been a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association since 1976. He is also a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.Lewin has served as Lawyer Delegate to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference; Member of the Disciplinary Committee, United States District Court, Southern District of California; Chairman of the Federal Court Committee, San Diego County Bar Association; and Faculty for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the California Continuing Education of the Bar. He is an alum of the Louis B.
