I’ve managed and developed complex customer-facing venues since graduating, building-up a huge bank of skills and experience in facilities/operations management, commercial and financial leadership, people management, site development, product innovation, and more.Working for the UK’s largest operator of leisure and fitness centres I’ve been handed some tremendous opportunities, such as running the National Sports Centre at Crystal Palace, hosting international athletics and swimming events and involvement in the amazing Invictus Games.
