About Lewis Baker

I am currently running a not for profit social enterprise and a registered Charity where we use structured group exercise programs as a way of improving mental health and as a way of preventing relapse for those in recovery from addictions .I support the local NHS drug and alcohol service and have achieved great success. I am also working with the Department of work and Pensions and Red Kite community Housing in delivering a year long contract in which we motivate men back into employment . I am also running a exercise and social club for fellas to train and discuss things which they are struggling with, giving them a safe space to support each other. I am a qualified recovery coach and leve three personal trainer. I am keen to expand our services helping as many as I can .
