I started out working for the family business 20 years ago fresh out of my previous career path as an insurance broker.My first day as an electrician was made up of making the tea & sweeping the floors, but hey everybody has to start somewhere. I started out portable appliance testing which is a fantastic way to learn the fundamentals of electrical installation and testing. I quickly learned and quickly progressed and was trained in electrical installation condition reporting both on site and in the classroom.
