I am a sports rehabilitation practitioner who has a keen interest in sport and health and fitness. During my spare time, I train and compete with my local Dorset Premier League Club. I also enjoy keeping my mind and body healthy, training 5-6 times a week. Currently, I am an ITEC level 4 sports massage therapist, a CIMSPA level 3 gym instructor and first aid for sport and exercise 1 (FASE1) certificate. In the next 18 months, I am looking to do my MSc, as a choice for my further studies. In the field of Strength & Conditioning and Youth Development. Thus, doing whatever I can to further my knowledge and make me a greater coach.
