- Staff Management, team building and training. Setting goals and achievements for staff.- Recruitment of new staff members. I had the responsibility of hiring new staff members suited to Oi Polloi.- Communication and liaison with both the Manchester shop and the Head office- Managed the store move from Soho to Covent Garden with very limited funds.- Events management. I directed Oi Polloi’s M40 Night at the Borderline Club in Soho, held a number of in store events from The Champions League final screening to our opening party at the Covent Garden store & records on record store day with drink sponsors provided at every event held.- Participated within the Buy team for both Autumn Winter 19’ & Spring Summer 20’. I introduced brands and pushed to book appointments accordingly - Story MFG is an example. I was given the opportunity to assist the Oi Polloi buying team in Paris, where I attended numerous showrooms and buy appointments. I contributed to the selection at the appointments and completed buy sheets in time for orders.
