I worked as part of the Business Development Team, managing the scanning of documents onto EDRM and ensuring the department met the Information Governance Standards.

I worked in a large finance based team. My main responsibilities were to manage an area of Derbyshire and sort out the collection of payments for their non-residential care, dealing with the public on a daily basis.

I worked as part of a small team of 6 Admin Staff. My main duties included supporting Care Managers and Domiciliary Care Organisers, dealing with their incoming work, and taking telephone queries.

Whilst undertaking my apprenticeship I completed numerous pieces of course work as well as providing support to my colleagues in an administrative role.
