Lewis is a Modern Workplace Consultant at Avanade, and Microsoft MVP in Business Applications and M365 categories.After stumbling across the Microsoft space and technology industry whilst still a student in Sixth Form, where Lewis supported and collaborated with his wider schools trust to build over 10 solutions aimed at enhancing faculty operations and classroom productivity, Lewis has seized numerous opportunities leading him to his Consultant role in Microsoft technology today.Having worked in consultancies of different sizes already, working up to an enterprise organisation, Lewis has gained a diverse plethora of experience in a reasonably short period of time, now enabling his work with enterprise clients when it comes to working with them on their own Microsoft cloud journeys in the Business Applications and Modern Workplace solution areas. His experience working with enterprise and FastTrack engaged Microsoft accounts across several industries such as healthcare, transport and education has given him the opportunity to already face a number of challenges both technical and strategic, where he continues to design and implement solutions, whilst navigating complex decisions and relationships to solve these problems. Amongst both his strategic and technical work with clients, Lewis also has a significant period of experience engaging with senior leaders in organisations on various partnerships and projects.In addition to Lewis's professional work, he is deeply integrated and involved with the broader Microsoft community in several spaces including low-code, AI, Modern Workplace and more. Lewis has a particular technical interest in AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform. He is the co-founder and co-chairs the Bletchley Park AI User Group and regularly shares insights on both technical and strategic topics on his blog, lewisdoes.dev. His passion for technology extends significantly to extensibility focused products in the Microsoft Cloud stack, such as Microsoft Graph, or development extensibility options for Microsoft first party products such as Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Lewis also enjoys speaking at community conferences, participating in online webcasts and other community activities, sharing his knowledge and experience with broader audiences.
