Generative AI is taking the industry by storm, and it is key that we work with clients to implement products like Copilot safely, ethically and in suitable ways. I am so fortunate to have a vast array of opportunities at Avanade which I engage in on a day-to-day basis, across a number of sectors. My primary role in our UKI Modern Workplace practice is as a Consultant working with clients on various technology implementations from Microsoft 365 Copilot roll-outs, to Copilot Studio enablement programs, custom agent development engagements, Power Platform engagements and more. With such a broad range of experiences I get to engage in, but that overlap so nicely, I still day-to-day continue to gain a great depth of technical experience whilst working with our clients, as well as Microsoft teams such as the product groups and country account teams.Broader than my scoped role, I am excited on a daily basis to throw myself into the enormous number of opportunities Avanade present. From collaborating on efforts in employee networks to improve the workplace for minorities, such as our Prism (LGBTQ+) and DiversAbility (Disability EN), to working with various teams on additional projects for operations, whilst supporting our internal technical communities, my role stretches far beyond the remit of a Modern Workplace Consultant.

At ANS, I have the privilege of collaborating with numerous Microsoft customers, including enterprise and s500 accounts. My role involves architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, from deep-dive development cycles to wide-reaching ecosystem empowerment initiatives as part of a cadence based service.In partnership with Microsoft and our valued customers, I spend a large amount of my time extending the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, where I engineer solutions to elevate Omnichannel interactions and customer support for organisations. Additionally, my expertise in Low Code enables me to deliver ecosystem enablement programs, empowering organisations to harness the full potential of the Power Platform.

In my role as Power Platform Consultant at HybrIT Services, I've worked with a number of clients from various sectors including education, public services, charities and more. In this role, alongside the team I am a part of, of other Power Platform consultants and architects, I take an agile approach to project delivery, to deliver Power Platform solutions to our customers. I've worked on projects to span a wide range of tools within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform stack including projects delivering solutions using the following technologies; Power Apps (both canvas apps and model-driven apps), Power Automate (cloud flows), Power BI, Power Pages, HTML, CSS, JS (at basic levels to support the development of low code solutions), Azure DevOps, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell and more.In addition to the primary part of my role at HybrIT in delivery, I've engaged with a number of other activities including speaking sessions at conferences such as the HybrIT & Microsoft Modern Campus event for Education and Faculty.

In this first position at HybrIT Services, I led the design and delivery project for Dynamics 365 customer engagement for HybrIT Services internally. This project included implementing an upgrade from Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation, to Dynamics 365 Project Operation, whilst continuing to maintain the design and implementation of CE customisations over the period of which I was in this role.

In my role as Operations Secretary at Maxwell, I continue the roles I carried out starting in July of 2020, as a volunteer club administrator, I.T. lead and webmaster. In this role I carry out membership maintenance and administration for the swimming club. I act as one of the primary administrators for the club handling enquiries, and administrative queries on a regular basis. I also voluntarily support the administration of information technology for the swimming clubs day to day operational needs with the exception of competitions.

In this role, as a Swim England Level 2 qualified Swimming Instructor, I was able to use my knowledge from my Swim England teaching course, alongside my previous experience as a regional level swimmer to teach and train swimmers across a number of levels. I primarily engaged with coaching swimmers at an academy level in this role, though was also able to engage in delivering training sessions for more experienced swimmers competing at a county and regional level at less regular intervals.

In this voluntary role I led and delivered an I.T. transformation program at Maxwell Swim Club taking the club from having a lack of consistency in processes and administrative operations to having centralised I.T. systems based in the Microsoft Cloud, consistent and well communicated administrative and operative processes which empowered collaboration and sustainable working.In this role I additionally led the upgrade of the swimming clubs information management platform powered by SportsEngine and TeamUnify including updating their website which was primarily driven using a low code platform with limited amounts of HTML and CSS also implemented to make the club's website one of the leading TeamUnify swimming club websites in the country.

In this voluntary role, prior to becoming qualified as a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Instructor, I supported my swimming clubs senior coaching team during pool and dry land based training sessions including writing session plans, assisting with coaching delivery and various other activities.

I engaged with multiple staff and various leadership groups at my Sixth Form Academy's Trust: 5 Dimensions Trust, including groups leading the Trust's tutoring programme, Acceler8, as well as groups at The Hazeley Academy and Shenley Brook End School, to design, develop and deliver Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.I conducted SharePoint architecture design and solution implementation for both The Hazeley Academy and Shenley Brook End School where I designed infrastructures for modern intranets and additional organisation platforms. On top of this, I developed Power Platform solutions for various functions at both schools for staff which were suited for an education environment.
