Leadership and management of urban housing regeneration and mixed-use development with particular experience in public realm, streets and external works, including; street design, flood risk assessments, utilities, sustainable drainage and highways orders.I have managed urban regeneration projects from concept, feasibility and due diligence stages, through planning permissions to construction and final delivery. I have particular experience working with the London Boroughs on constrained brownfield developments as well as some rural sites.

I spent 5 months working as an english language assistant to a family in Madrid whilst studying spanish in intensive classes. I can now hold conversations on many subjects in spanish and have basic writing and reading skills.

A design engineer working on the utility infrastructure within the London 2012 Olympic Park, carrying out detailed design and coordination for McNicholas' design and build contract. I was also temporary works coordinator for all McNicholas works on the site.

A graduate engineer working on the design of of highway works and drainage systems for a number of residential and commercial developments around the UK. The design stage varied between the jobs from concept through to detailed design.
