Originally from Builth Wells, I first gained analysis experience at Coleg Powys in Brecon while doing a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science. He then went on to do a degree in Leisure and Sports Management at the University of Glamorgan and an MSc in Performance Analysis at UWIC.After graduating I moved to Australia, where I undertook a work placement with New South Wales Institute of Sport, focusing on Water Polo, Softball and Football. Following this I was employed by the Australian Rugby Union to do match day analysis for their Super Rugby Teams (Brumbies, Western Force, Waratahs and Reds). I then moved to New Plymouth in New Zealand to become Head Analyst of Taranaki Rugby Union in the Air New Zealand Cup.I returned to Wales in November 2008 and joined the Scarlets as the Academy Analyst. While undertaking this role I was given a representative team by the WRU, becoming Head Analyst for the Wales Women's team. The following season I headed up the Wales U18 Analysis and then moved onto the U20 side a year later for the U20 Six Nations and IRB Junior World Championships.After a season as Head Analyst with the Ospreys in 2011-12, in which we were RaboDirect Pro12 champions, I moved back to Parc y Scarlets at the start of the 2012-13 season to take up a role as Head Analyst for the Scarlets for 4 years.Held the Lead Analyst role with England Women's Football Team before leaving to become Head Analyst of England Rugby with Insight Analysis
