My position at Which magazine is working as the In-house HTML and CSS developer. On my arrival at W? a great deal of the HTML design and Stylesheet development was out-sourced to third party developers. My key responsibility is to liase and manage this outsourcing of code, and take control of the development thus bringing the project back in-house. My responsibilities are to liase with other member of the online team (CMS, Marketing, and IT) to resolve both practical and theoretical difficulties within the site, manage 3rd party development to ensure projects pass strict Which? technical and brand guidlines, and to provde creative input/feedback on both outsourced design work and ongoing internal projects.

My role as a placement student at Adido primarily cantered around concept development and Flash design and development. During my time with them I created several sites from concept to completion, generated a series of complex Flash based navigations for a children's music company, and helped the team in graphically rebranding their Dub 3 product site and company Identity.
