A fast-paced and varied role with responsibilities including: - Taking sole responsibility to ensure legal trading - Managing a team to ensure task completion - Addressing and amending customer complaintsThis role develops effective time management with the need of balancing many important tasks. In line with this it also teaches how to prioritise, along with shedding light on the trade-off nature of the work place. In having to be proficient in getting the most out of colleagues you not only learn the importance of leading by example but also how to motivate others. Through this, coupled with the constant customer interfacing, quintessential communication skills and an understanding of all individuals are nurtured.

An associate and I formed an independent, temporary cleaning brand, tailored towards end-of tenancy house cleaning and clearance. The process taught me invaluable knowledge about effective marketing, the importance of financial records, competitive price setting, maintaining high service standards, fulfilling client expectations, scheduling, to name a few. Not only will I always have the appreciation for business owners that this experience taught me but also insight in to how to effectively run a business.
