I currently manage Brick Hill Properties, focused on rental properties in Baltimore. I share the company's vision of transforming underutilized spaces into vibrant and sustainable neighborhoods that enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences as I have a 20 year career in theater, including a BA in theater from University of Maryland. I am a founding company member of Pointless Theatre, a spectacle-based theatre and arts company, where I have performed, directed, and managed various productions. Theater has provided me unique insight into creating passion and authenticity in real estate and incredible skill and comfort at sharing that passion in public speaking and exceptional communication skills.As the general manager and owner's representative at Brick Hill Properties, I oversee the entire life cycle of real estate development projects, from feasibility analysis and design to renovation and leasing. I manage relationships with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders, and ensure that the projects meet financial, operational, and environmental goals.
