Hi there! I'm Lexi Barac, a Junior at Texas Christian University, pursuing a degree in Strategic Communication with a double minor in Psychology and Sociology. As an active and ambitious student, I am thrilled to be a part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and a proud member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority, where I've had the privilege of building lasting connections and giving back to the community.My passion for communication and human behavior has driven me to explore many different outlets within the field. This past summer I completed a sales & recruiting internship at Dexian Signature Solutions where I gained immense experience and was able to gain valuable insights into relationship-based client sales connections. I currently serve as a yoga sculpt instructor at CorePower Yoga, where I've not only developed my teaching, leadership, and communication skills but also gained a deep appreciation for mindfulness and well-being. I am a brand ambassador for Hally Hair x Too Faced, where I communicate and share original promotional content through various social media platforms. I also represent Princess Polly in their campus ambassador program by creating and promoting content. My professional journey has given me valuable experience in customer relations, sales, and marketing as I worked as a fragrance sales representative for InterParfums Luxury Brands. My strengths lie in creativity, problem-solving, and effective communication. I thrive in collaborative environments and work hard in my academic career. I have been named to the Dean's Honor List for the Bob Schieffer College of Communication and continue to strive forward in my learning and academic achievement. I am eager to secure a dynamic internship opportunity in the DFW area, preferably in Fort Worth, for the summer of 2024.
