As an HR coordinator and technical recruiter for semiconductor, DOD, and aerospace firms, I am responsible for ensuring talent solutions to clients in a high market demand. I have a proven track record of account success and client relations. Servicing companies in the Phoenix area including TSMC, Intel, Texas Instruments, AMD, Honeywell, NXP, Northrup Gruman, and LAM Research. Currently a member of IMAPS (International Microelectronics Assembly & Packaging Society). Additionally, I possess a strong interest in sustainable business and overall well-being. This year a few peers and I launched Alchemica, an ingredient manufacturer and supplier of naturally occurring functional mushrooms and organisms.
