Manager, Executive Support Team
CurrentAs a people-focused leader, I drive the development and productivity of the Executive Support team through coaching and mentorship. I also manage office operations, including staff, vendors, and budgets related to our New York City headquarters and the People Experience and Communications team. My role allows me to combine my passion for people and leadership with a love for efficient and effective operations while contributing to Cedar's success.Some of my key responsibilities include:💫 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Executive Assistants and the Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, supporting the team's professional growth and empowering them to deliver outstanding results for the organization.💫 Manage vendor partnerships and financial oversight for the Executive Support team and Cedar's NYC headquarters, ensuring cost-effective operations.💫 Identify and address operational issues and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and organizational success.💫 Contribute to the People Experience and Communications team, supporting initiatives that enhance the employee experience and foster a positive work environment.
