As the Creative Print Supervisor I oversee daily operations of print production to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Driving continuous quality and optimization of all processes in the prepress departments.I develop, document and implement processes that maximize stewardship, safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity. I work to ensures on-time delivery and targeted margin performance on all print work while meeting Moss quality standards through implementing a continuous quality improvement culture.In this position I am responsible for all production activities in Preflight, Color Correct and Press, including daily staff supervision, ownership of the daily schedule, quality of workmanship, department safety, improvement programs, product and staff development. I am also an active member of the Departmental Management Team, coordinating with other departmental Group Leaders to achieve on time delivery, and quality assurance for our client base. In addition to oversight of day-to-day operations, I facilitate production on complex graphic projects. I have direct involvement in client file assessment; client approval documents and production file creation, and final product approval. This may involve direct communication with clients to outline design intent and expectations.

My duties included prepping layouts for production on large format printers, including, lambda, UV and inkjet. I also controlled quality through color correcting raster and vector artwork for best print quality, including correcting to match client supplied materials. My ability to communicate with project management and production staff was critical to ensure job accuracy.I worked extensively on files for museum exhibits, retail and corporate interiors.At times I also supported the preflight department in producing our client facing documents for project approval. I also worked on projects requiring creative Photoshop work for office interiors.Transitioning to the prepress department from project management allowed me to hone my skills with the Adobe Creative Suite which is imperative for successful completion of any project going through our facility.

As a project manager I helped grow major accounts including UK based Arcadia Group. From 2011 to 2015 I managed graphic production and installation for seven TOPSHOP store openings, regular quarterly change outs and special promotions nationwide.In this position I managed all aspects of projects including; interfacing with client to establish customer needs, quoting, production of graphics at Andres, as well as, out-source vendors and installation. My effectiveness was due to exceptional attention to detail, communication skills and ability to multitask. Additionally, I worked with group leaders to develop and institute new policies and procedures for more efficient work flow between project management team and production departments.

During 2010 I taught several workshops on photographic historic processes at the Evanston Art Center and Andrews University. Processes taught include the collodion wet place process and cyanotypes.Workshop duties included preparing lessons, giving lectures, demonstrating techniques and aiding students on a one-on-one basis as needed.
