Project Coordinator
Current• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their sign requirements, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project. • Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local laws. • Monitor the sign manufacturing process, working closely with the production team to ensure quality and timely completion of signs. • Schedule and oversee sign installations, coordinating with installation teams, contractors, and site managers to ensure smooth execution. • Conduct inspections to ensure that completed signs meet quality standards and client expectations. • Track project expenses, monitor costs, and make adjustments as needed to keep projects within budgetary constraints. • Identify and address any project-related issues or delays promptly, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks. • Handle change requests from clients and evaluate their impact on project scope, timelines, and budgets. • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. • Support and coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to facilitate effective project execution. • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance project processes and workflows for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.• Survey and assess project sites when needed.
