Lex joined the security industry in 2011 in South Australia and has since physically worked in countless liquor license premises, major events (nationwide), static sites, close personal protection projects and corporate facilities; performing a multitude of different roles and responsibilities from Event Communications / Operations Control (EOC/ECC) - to ground force supervising and leading. To compliment this 'hands-on' experience - Lex also underwent studies relating to crowd science, risk analysis, disaster engineering and occupational health and safety (/welfare) to further his knowledge in the field itself.Lex then changed his focus towards electronic systems - working with, installing and servicing corporate systems across office spaces, shopping centres, public environments and major short-term events. All whilst completing multiple professional training sessions and external certifications with a huge range of different platforms and technologies.Lately, Lex has taken the next step in his security career and has moved towards the education sector. Lex wishes to establish a firm footprint in the corporate security world and intends to develop skills and experience necessary to assist with the roles in this respective area.
