At Grand Canyon Education, I work in partnership with the Dean of the College of Theology, Grand Canyon Theological Seminary and Grand Canyon University leadership. My role consists of being the subject matter expert on theology programs, help build university brand recognition, coordinate recruitment efforts, engage with both prospective students and families, partner with admissions staff, and implement strategies and activities geared at achieving campus growth goals. Engaging in public speaking presentations to local and global ministries, churches, and summer camps on theology programs, networking, and internship opportunities, including future career opportunities after graduation.Developing, building curriculum, activities and managing unique Discover GCU Events / GCU Day Eventsthrough project management initiatives.Partnering with university professors to design and implement unique virtual online content and classroom activities for high school teachers through an initiative and project known as GCU Live Lessons. Currently, we are the only university that offers this free curriculum branded product.Managing a staff of student interns. Helping them to gain experience, while also providing mentorship that gets them connected with future industry opportunities.Successfully able to balance and manage multiple projects to meet benchmarks and deadlines within role.Partnering with hundreds of university field counselors (both local and national) on enrollment goals, events, and outside Business to Business (B2B) partnerships.Building a solid partnership with international organizations such as Denominational Leaderships, Higher education accreditation benefactors, and local/global ministries.Proficient with numerous digital tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, CRM system database.
