As a Senior Regional Manager at Grand Canyon Education, I provide in depth recruitment analysis, account management, and lead strategic territory development plans across six states. I focus on data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for new growth and optimize intentional outreach to ensure client satisfaction. This approach has contributed to over 40% year-over-year growth in my region. I lead a team of 12 professionals, focusing on their growth and development as employees while fostering a culture of innovation and autonomy.In addition to my role as Senior Regional Manager, I have been selected to lead and implement department-wide trainings in Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, and Chicago, IL.
