I have worked in customer service for 6 - 7 years within all types of businesses. I strive for customer satisfaction and being relied upon within the company I work for. I am a strong visual and physician learner, and fast one at that. I keep strong attention to detail, where detail is needed. I prefer to be independent and leaned on by management, as well as work hard towards internal growth within a company. The industries I have worked within vary from call centre for communication businesses, Restoration companies, and individual investments; as well as in person customer service such as big box corporations and small but growing businesses. My soft skills include, but are not limited to responsibility, account ability, quick thinking and problem solving, patience, reliability, trustworthiness, independent work, leadership, and kindness. Hard skills include, but, again, are not limited to Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), Salesforce, Finesse Phone Software, Mainframe technologies, typing (37WPM with 97% accuracy), verbal communication, and phone etiquette.
