Promoted from Leasing Manager to Assistant General Manager for the same property. Managed social media accounts, organized marketing efforts, over saw Community Assistant staff (created work schedules, organized staff meetings, and was their first point-of-contact for questions), handled all resident life issues, put together resident events, ensured that property maintained curb appeal, and assisted General Manager with any assigned tasks. After close to a year of being on the Florida property, was offered the opportunity to re-located (within the company) to a property in the North East.
