My main task at eBay was to create an environment that embraces change and fosters an open and honest feedback culture to continuously improve and learn from mistakes. In my time here, I worked with 4 development teams, 1 operations team and in a lower degree with finance, client services and sales departments to improve processes in every step of the worklfow. I used a lot of the Agile and Lean fundamental ideas to build from there and experiment with different techniques that fit the nature of the e-commerce business and the people involved in that particular office.

First experience with Android development. Development of an android app to allow CentralPitch members to access their data from the convenience of a phone app. The app includes data querying, event notifications and messaging. This app is available on Google Play since April 2015.

In this role I was responsible for:Meeting the customers and the domain experts to gather requirements. I analysed and prioritised them, making sure that the development team had enough domain knowledge to understand and implement the features. I monitored the usage of the software worldwide, coordinated testing, releases and followed up with a training plan for the users. I was very close to the different training centres around the world and I designed and delivered the training courses for the different locations. They were 3 to 5 full-day training that were also very helpful to test new releases and find problems and ideas directly with the users that were then turned into new requirements. For me, as a Product Analyst, it was an incredible experience to interact with the users through training and learn so much from them.
