System Support Engineer
Current- Participate in changes, incident management (24/7), and monitoring activities for 20+ customer systems.
- Write and maintain documentation and keep detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to conduct root cause analysis of issues and provide feedback tocustomer requests and incidents.
- Manage the update and patching of customer systems.
- Engage in the handling of hotline calls for critical incidents reported by customers.
