Currently, I serve as the Head of Human Resources at Megaflux Electric Drivetrains, where I lead talent acquisition, talent development, organizational development, strategic planning, and workplace climate.I have contributed to improving our human resources strategy by implementing analyses that align talent and business strategies, promoting inclusive behaviors and leadership goals that create a greater sense of belonging for all employees.At Megaflux, I have built the Human Resources department from the ground up, implementing strategies to comply with regulations and align policies on labor relations to balance benefits for both the company and its employees. I have also focused on the cohesion of multidisciplinary teams and intergenerational integration, as well as on improving workplace climate through the engagement and involvement of leaders and stakeholders.My motivation has always been the development of people and the creation of work environments that promote their well-being and professional growth.
