Sales Development Manager
CurrentManage Sales Development Programs within the company. Work with company leadership to develop and implement new programs to help drive the company goal of doubling sales every 5 years. Building teamwork within the department to better serve the needs of the internal and external customers that look to Sales Development for assistance. Maintain tracking documents to thoroughly maintain and assess successfulness of sales programs and help in developing new company programs. Actively work with individual team members to help them develop their skills to the next level. Consult with product line buyers to introduce new and exciting products. Build relationships with sales reps and managers alike to gain acceptance of Sales Development Department as a resource to help them grow and succeed. Conduct “Stand-Up”, face to face, as well as real time Online Training Webinars on a wide variety of subjects to help sales force grow their level of expertise.
