Technical Head of On-site Electrical Testing and HV Testing in lab. Working in the Tests & Trials department of EDP LABELEC (http://edplabelec.com/en/), the laboratory center of the EDP Group.- Development of new high-value services for EDP LABELEC's customers, focusing on areas integral to the energy transition like electrical energy storage and e-mobility.- Collaboration in several regulation/standardization working groups, both on a national andinternational level (ERSE, IEC, CIGRÉ);- Analysis of the impact and implementation of legislation, regulation and standardizationdocuments in the energy field (quality of service, grid codes, energy storage, assetmanagement and condition assessment, electric and magnetic fields and others) – on a nationaland international level;- Business analytics implementation and automatic business report generation via MS Power BIand MS Power Apps, connected to the company’s CRM (Salesforce);- Planning, coordination and execution of electrical tests and calibrations on the high voltage laboratory of EDP LABELEC (http://www.inmrlaboratoryguide.com/listing/edp-labelec/) and on-site, following IEC and similar standards (accredited through IEC ISO 17025).

Electrical Engineer at the Tests & Trials department of EDP LABELEC (http://edplabelec.com/en/).Planning, coordination and execution of electrical tests and calibrations on the high voltage laboratory of EDP LABELEC http://www.inmrlaboratoryguide.com/listing/edp-labelec/ (and also on-site):- Power frequency testing (50Hz) up to 800kV;- Lighning impulse testing up to 2400kV;- Partial discharge, capacitance and tan delta measurements;- High voltage calibrations (up to 100kV);- Power quality measurements;- Power transients measurements and analysis;- Earth resistance, soil resistivity and potential gradients measurements;- Post-mortem analysis and power failure investigations;- Live-working tools testing.

EDP/CTG Young Professionals Programme had the objective of enhancing knowledge about the energy industry and sharing best practices and experience between the participants. Also, it contributed to strengthen professional relationships and international collaboration between EDP, CEM (Macau) and China Three Gorges Corporation.The programme consisted in 2 months in Portugal involving courses on EDP's main businesses and activities and 1 month travelling through China with immersive training on CTG's businesses.
