ŸASSISTANT MANAGER - AUDITResponsibilities:• Conduct IT risk-based audits to ensure technology risks are being managed adequately and effectively in the Company.• Review system development and pre or post implementation audits of new IT systems to ascertain the adequacy of system controls.• Follow-up on IT related matters including audit reports from the regulators and external auditor.Requirement :• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields• Professional certification (CISA and/or CISSP) is preferred• Must be conversant with Solaris/Windows/Oracle DBMS• Preferably with 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT Audit in a financial institution• Good oral and written communication skillsASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT - AUDITResponsibilities:• Conduct risk-based audits to ensure adequate and effective management of risks in the Company• Assist in the Department’s planning of audit activities, review of systems and procedures in the Department and Company• Assist in liaising with regulators, external auditor and other follow-up on audit mattersRequirement :• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or relevant qualification.• Professional certification such as CP, CPA and CIA etc• More than 5 years’ experience in audit, preferably in financial institutions• Able to work independentlyASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT - ACCOUNTSResponsibilities:• Prepare monthly Management Reports and quarterly SGX announcement• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance and reporting• Prepare year-end closing of accounts and Annual Reports• General accounting duties• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments and projectsRequirements:• Degree in Accountancy or professional accountancy qualification.• More than 5 years’ experience in a banking industry• Experience at Big 4 Accounting firm will be an advantage.• Possess drive, initiative, able to work independently under deadlines• Must have good communication, interpersonal and organizations skills
