• Coordinate with hiring managers and users to identify staffing needs• Determine selection criteria• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using ATS• Source potential candidates through online channels such as post job, campus hiring, walk interview, job fair, webinar, etc.• Maintain candidates databases• Budgeting for recruitment events• Responsible to make, maintain and improve the recruitment policies and procedures• Search and manage also monitoring outsourcing firm • Support the business strategic plan such as Man Power, People Banking, People Maping etc.

• Communicate and implement strategic Human Capital to all stakeholders in Business Banking Directorate to be align with the business goals • Direct talent and successor plan realization• Training need analysis• Working close with directorate in reorganization process, Man Power Planning (MPP) and manages MPP fulfillment • Working close with Resourcing Centre in processing candidate in order to fulfillment man power• Giving advice to unit head/director related to organization, reward and remuneration, discipliner actions, and other that relates to human capital • Facilitates in KPI setting, midyear tracking process, end year appraisal. • Help to increase employee engagement that is reflected in annual employee engagement• Partner with the business unit to drive HC initiatives & strategies• Focus on effective workforce planning
