I have two years of experience engaging my students in math, reading, english language arts, social studies, and religious studies in my self-contained classroom. I am driven to create value in the everyday student experience by saturating the classroom space empathy, inclusion, and student-centered learning. My students have taught me to love a good challenge. My Sicangu Oyate/Lakota Sioux heritage has shaped my worldview and drives my passion for diversity & inclusion.My critical thinking, teaching philosophy, and instructional strategies were cultivated throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame.
