I performed post implementation support for Water Corporation’s many applications and conducted client budget negotiations as well as user testing and management. To maintain the high standards of the organisation, I performed application enhancements and application maintenance which involved updating, implementing or maintaining procedures as required.I was also able to use my experience with PL/SQL to identify and correct any data issues with the database.
