As the team has grown, so have I. With again continued progression within Signable I have been promoted to Team Lead. Still holding down my senior responsibilities, I have also inherited a few more such as making sure my team is unblocked for continued progression, create training processes for new developers, write documentation of everything that I have do so far, and a whole lot more!

At Signable I have been recruited on to the Dev team to bring the old but very functional software up to scratch with the newest of technologies.My responsibilities include redeveloping the current logic into a up to high standard piece software, creating style guides and documentation to aid new developers to learn our software quickly and to improve the overall user experience for all our customers.Our API is currently being redeveloped in Lumen, a sister of Laravels, and all the front-end being handled with Vuejs, which couldn't make it a more of an enjoyable development environment for me.

Vizolution have a great suite of products to enable companies to communicate with their customers efficiently and effectively. I work on a product called vDoc, of which my requirements are to build new functionality to further enable the ease of document handling between our clients and their customers.The role requires a good understanding of javascript frameworks, as we use these to build our client side.Vizolution has an impressive portfolio of customers which enforces the power of the product my team work with. Our customers include big banks such as RBS, Santander to telecoms like O2 and EE.

Multicom is a travel technology company which provides travel websites for big companies such as Thomas Cook and The Co-operative Travel.In my role I am required to work under pressure on big projects which include thinking of high conversion solutions for our customers, creating mockups of customer requirements in Photoshop and then building responsive and fully interactive websites with HTML, CSS & jQuery.We are constantly trying to stay on top of competition which has brought big in-house projects to the table, of which I have played a big part in. From creating mock-ups of functionality to building fully functional prototypes, my work hasn’t gone missed as it has been praised by my team and managers.In my role we work in an agile environment so I am also experienced with agile methodologies.
