My duties and responsibilities are as follows:• Adhere and enforce all legislation and statutory instruments as set out by the C.A.A.• Processing of Passengers screening for potential threats, this includes the use of hand held and walk through metal detectors, Explosive Trace detection swabs and body scanners. • NXCT qualified- X-ray screening of bags for potential threats, use of continuous training software. • Liaising between partner organisations for the completion of short term and long term projects including special branch.• Training of new staff in procedures and compliance.• Staff forum representative: point of contact for colleagues on wider business interests and ongoing projects as well as providing constructive feedback from agents to management.

This role entailed the following:• Delivery of multiple differing courses to adult learners. Encompassing lessons plans, schemes of learning, timely marking etc• Liaison and subsequent coordination with referral partners including the JCP. • Monthly provision assessment and feedback. • Design and implementation of offsite assessment databases. • Delivery sites procurement. • Site risk assessments• Delivery of Weston College and departmental provision journey outline to multiple private and publicly owned organisations via comms meetings, briefs and subsequent follow up. • Collation of all feedback data for Bristol provision from learners, partners and colleagues. • Implementation of robust improvement feedback loop. Whilst this was a short contract I enjoyed my time with the College and am proud of the scope of implementation I achieved.
