Within the Cyber Fusion Centre and the Threat Defense Operations team, our mission is to make SWIFT more secure as a centre of excellence for detection capabilities.We do this through providing expertise to operational teams. This allows them to ensure coverage of detection capability through logic we create for specific use cases coupled with TTPs mapped to ATT&CK. We also participate in post incident investigation and review, as well as threat hunting. Main areas of responsibility;- Detection Engineering- IR- Threat Intelligence- Threat Hunting

Implementing, maintaining and developing the robustness of frameworks, standards, policies and processes to help the Group make decisions on cyber security in line with its risk appetite. Providing subject matter expertise with regards to cyber security, and oversight on the delivery of key cyber programs throughout the Cyber Security function. Responsible for identifying gaps in current controls, and making timely recommendations on control improvements/uplift. Ensuring that the Bank meets its obligations with regards to its regulatory and legal environment.

Conducting cyber security audits of SME's and Large enterprises, using risk management practices and frameworks to implement appropriate technical controls balanced with the organisations risk appetite. I supported and lead a number of projects, engaging with senior stakeholders and articulating and solving technical problems in a clear and concise manner, helping organisations mature their understanding of the business impact of cyber risks.
