I am an experienced Administrator in the Accounting industry. Currently based within the Audit Team as an Administration Assistant at Dains Birmingham, I am trained in client record creation/amendment, anti-money laundering searches, open source checks, raising & process of purchase orders, data entry & file management. I work with a variety of different systems including CCH, SmartSearch, FAME, Caseware, Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams and Teams-based meeting room booking & control software. I have experience in Front of House / Reception and I am confident in greeting clients, taking phone calls, contacting and corresponding with clients (both electronically and by post), managing calendars for senior colleagues, office supply management & dealing with incoming and outgoing mail. I have achieved a Distinction Level qualification with the Institute of Customer Service and have completed a qualification in Business Administration. In addition, I am a trained Fire Marshal and have received training in First Aid.
